"The Tunnel" is the first recording by Group Modular since finishing their sophomore LP, "Time Masters". Excited about meeting up in the studio after a long break, Markey Funk and Mule Driver dedicated their new piece to the railway route that connects Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. The fact that this tune is based on drum recording by Hezus (3421/Left/Trillion) actually expands this railway connection further to Haifa.

Originally released on Polytechnic Youth x Norman Records' 25th Anniversary limited edition split lathe-cut 7'' in April 2021, the track is finally available on all digital platforms.
